What is Co-development?

This innovative method was introduced by two management specialists: Adrien Payette, lecturer at École Nationale d’Administration Publique (ENAP) and Claude Champagne, who worked as a trainer at a hospital in Quebec.

It is a group learning method where each group finds their own solutions and enhances their performance by communicating with other experienced members and thinking for themselves.

How Does This Method Work?

Comprising 6 to 10 people, Co-Development Software conducts many sessions depending on the number of people involved and each session lasts for 2 hours.

One of the team members acts as a client explaining his situation, sets the issues and their concerns, and their project. The other team members communicate with each other to find the appropriate solutions and this group may be called a co-development coach.  They guide oter members who are required.
